In 2002, Waterloo launched their first venture with Brinker International and became the first domestic development partner of the Romano's Macaroni Grill brand. Since then, Waterloo has expanded their development territory through an acquisition and currently has the development rights for Northern California, Oregon, Washington, and select counties in the state of Idaho.

Waterloo's operational strength, proven support infrastructure, and strategic partnerships give the company their foundation for growth. Waterloo's objective is to be focused on one brand over a diverse mix of development trade areas and to expand their first venture through acquisition and organic growth, throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
